AFAS Live

Jupiter is located in the heart of Amsterdam Southeast, a dynamic area where business, entertainment, and convenience come together. With landmarks like the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, and the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center just around the corner, there’s always something happening. The district is evolving rapidly with new developments, making it one of the most attractive and multifunctional office locations in the Randstad. Whether you’re looking for great lunch spots, cultural experiences, or convenient services, everything is within reach.

The area in development

Until 2027, approximately 10,000 new homes will be developed in the Bullewijk and Paasheuvelwijk districts. After 2027, a further 5,000 homes may be added. The ground floors of these new buildings will feature a wide range of local amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, youth centres, and shared community spaces.

Along the railway and in the area between the Johan Cruijff ArenA and IKEA, new parks and green spaces are planned, offering room for sports, relaxation, and recreation. In the Holterberg district, plans include approximately 5,500 to 8,000 new apartments and around 240,000 square metres of office and commercial space.

In addition, the area is being developed as a hub for medical innovation, with the creation of the Medical Business Park. The district is designed to encourage walking, cycling, and the use of public transport, resulting in a green, mixed-use urban environment where working, living, and relaxing come together seamlessly.
